Tony's Forty

Tony turns 40 today. It's a glorious day, because today he finally catches up with me! To celebrate I booked us a room in Lava Hot Springs and we spent one night there relaxing, sitting in our mineral springs tub in our room and playing lottery scratch cards (we didn't win). We had planned to go to the Blue Moon to listen to the live band and people watch but we realized "What most persons consider as virtue, after the age of 40 is simply a loss of energy. ~" Voltaire and "Middle age is having a choice between two temptations and choosing the one that'll get you home earlier." ~ Dan Bennettis were true! The joys of old age....welcome to the club Tony!

It looks like Jim, Mason and Mom and Dad may all be moving to Orlando, Florida soon. Jim was offered a great job at the University of Central Florida http://www.ucf.edu/. He is excited and Mom and Dad are tired of the cold and you can get a lot more house for the money down there than you can here so they are seriously pondering going as well. Mason wants to go so he can continue working for Jim. He would transfer to the UCF college to continue his education there. I think it would be a great experience for him and he really has nothing to lose by going. He would have a place to live, people he loves there to support him, a good school to attend and a job. And, if he hates it there, he can always come home. I am really going to miss them ALL and it's hard letting my boy go but I know Mason is a man now and he should experience as much of the world as he can.

I cant believe you didn't go to the bar! 40 is not THAT old. My next door neighbor is 76 and she still comes to the bar with me and Trent sometimes! ha ha!
